on this site are only representations of the sports memorabilia
product you will receive. A picture of a ball signed by an athlete
will represent to you what you can expect, however, will not necessarily
be an image of the one you will receive. An athlete may sign a
hundred balls, therefore, it is impossible to represent all of
them. All sports memorabilia frames and matting colors are subject
to availability and subject to change, therefore, the color or
style you receive may or may not be represented in the image shown.
Should an autographed sports memorabilia product be sold out at
the represented vendor, it is at our discretion to fill your order
with the same item from another autographed sports memorabilia
supplier carrying their Certificate of Authenticity instead.

Most items ship in 4-5 business days and then require 3-7 days in transit
via standard ground shipping. For your convenience,
you may Contact Us whenever you feel it necessary to obtain your order's tracking
number or numbers. If after 10 business days from placing
your order you still have not received your sports memorabilia,
please Contact Us and we will promptly research the issue for you.
Shipping Information
Each ordered autographed
sports memorabilia item is shipped separately, including display
cases, to insure proper packaging, insurance, and to minimize
the chance for damage during shipping.

Sports Memorabilia ships to all 50 United States, Canada, and Internationally.
Standard U.S. Delivery
orders will arrive within
5 to 10 business days following actual shipment. Next Day, 2nd Day, and three day shipping is available to any United States location. You will have the opportunity to select those options during the checkout process. We can not ship merchandise to P.O. Boxes or military APO boxes.
All deliveries are handled by United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. and are insured for the protection of all parties involved.
If you would like us
to ship your sports memorabilia order to a different address you
may do so at no extra charge. We can also ship to multiple addresses.
Please make sure your shipping address information is 100% accurate and
complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay shipping and
receipt of your order. You will be charged a fee to correct the
address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).
During the Holiday time period, please consider expedited shipping options
to insure that your package arrives in time.
Product Pricing And Sales Tax
All prices indicated
on ItsAlreadySigned4U.com Sports Memorabilia are in U.S. dollars
only and are subject to change without notice. The autographed
sports memorabilia industry is ever changing with value based
on our vendor's supply and demand, occasionally moving up or down.
We deem the prices listed on this site to be current, and the
price charged to you on your order to be the same as indicated
at the time of your purchase. However, if after a sale has been
made and the price for the purchased item has been adjusted downward,
we will gladly offer you a price adjustment if you notify us by

14 days of your purchase.
If your order information
indicates you are shipping to or within the State of Florida,
we are required to collect 7.00% Florida State Sales Tax. The
actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable
sports memorabilia product, shipping, and taxes as calculated
at the time your order is placed.
Returns And Exchanges
Please refer back to
the top of this page and the definition of Customer Service.
The bottom line is we want you, as our sports memorabilia customer,
to be happy. Therefore, every effort will be made to satisfy
you should you encounter defective merchandise damaged during
shipping or otherwise, or perhaps you just feel that you would
like to return your purchase. Listed below are some guidelines
we'd like you to follow to aid in this process:
NON-DEFECTIVE
MERCHANDISE: All non-defective sports memorabilia merchandise
is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from receipt. We will gladly
accept all non-defective returns for a full refund during that
30 day period. ItsAlreadySigned4U.com will not refund your purchase
if item is returned in un-sellable condition. We do not refund
shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning
the item to us. Returned autographed collectible items must include
the actual Certificate Of Authenticity issued by our vendor and
be in its original condition, including boxes and packing materials.
We will only credit the credit card used for the original purchase
or you can receive credit towards another purchase. You MUST Call
or Contact Us to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
and shipping instructions prior to returning any sports memorabilia
merchandise. Non-deliverable returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Delivered returns received without prior contact and a Returned Merchandise Authorization are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: All
defective merchandise, or merchandise damaged during shipping,
must be Called or E-Mailed
in to us immediately, not to exceed 5 days from receipt of your
order. Our sports memorabilia vendors require to be notified during
this time frame, consequently, there are no exceptions. Should
we have sent the wrong item, or the item you receive is defective
or damaged, you will receive a full refund including any shipping
charges. At that point you will have the opportunity to
have the item re-shipped and billed again, or cancel the order
entirely. Returned defective autographed collectible items
must include the actual Certificate Of Authenticity issued by
our sports memorabilia vendor and include original boxes and packing
materials inside the shipping carton you choose to return it in.

and shipping instructions prior to returning any merchandise.
Types Of Payments Accepted
We accept the following credit cards only:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date,
and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit
card statement exactly. Should we not be able to process your
credit card, please refer any problems to your credit card company
if you cannot resolve the problem. Additionally, if you are uncomfortable
paying for your order via credit card online, please call us and
we will be glad to take your payment information over the phone.
We also accept E-mail
payments through the PAYPAL Service. Simply select PAYPAL as your form of payment during the checkout process.
Gift Certificates
can be redeemed online only. Place your sports memorabilia order
online and enter the gift certificate number you received in the confirmation email into the "additional information" box on the Checkout page. If your Gift Certificate amount is
less than your sports memorabilia order amount, we will retain
your remaining Gift Certificate balance open under your gift certificate number for
future use.
Checks or Money Orders are accepted by mail. (Please Do
Not send cash.)

Out Of Stock Items
Merchandise posted on
this site is in-stock as of the last time our vendors sports memorabilia
inventory was updated. Hot market events or player performance
and notoriety can cause an item to sell out or be temporarily
unavailable. In the event that an autographed sports memorabilia
item is out of stock we reserve the right to fill your sports
memorabilia order from another of our vendors. If we cannot locate
your item, we will notify you via email or by phone immediately.
At that time, you will be able to decide whether you would like
to receive an instant refund to your account, or whether you would
like to apply that payment towards another autographed sports
memorabilia item or acrylic display case item on our site. We are unable
to accept back orders as we are not made aware when every upcoming
signing takes place and the exact date an item will again become
available. Every effort will be made to find this information
out before we contact you and you are required to make your decision.
