I just wanted to thank you for being so easy to work with. I had originally placed my order with another online sports memorabilia site weeks in advance. And they failed to notify me that the item was no longer available. I didn't find out until I called to check the shipping status. This was a gift for my father's 60th birthday, and I was so upset that I would have nothing to give him at his party.

When I called your company I received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. You were more than helpful in tracking down the item I was looking for. You were extremely courteous, and you made sure I received the item the next day...just in time for my father's birthday. Needless to say he loved the gift.

So thank you so much. If only all businesses were run like yours. If I am ever in the market again for this type of item I will be sure to come back to you. Thanks!
