One way to keep your sports memorabilia collection fresh and relevent is to add new autographs from time to time. Staying current with whats going on in the sports and entertainment world is a must for your collection to rise in value. There is always something going on at different times of the year that involves a certain sports team, athlete or celebrity.
The year starts out fairly quick with the NFL's Super Bowl and moves right in to MLB's baseball Spring Training. Both are great times to obtain new memorabilia. Right behind is the baseball regular season, the drafts for each sport. The NBA playoffs and NHL's Stanley Cup are in late spring with the NFL pre-season starting a few months later in the summer. Fall is really special as college and NFL football are going on along with the NBA and NHL really getting going. Don't sit down to catch your breath because right in the middle of the fall is the World Series on top of everything else.
