Gerry McNamara Autographed 03 National Champs Inscription Cutting Down Net 8x10 Photograph at ItsAlreadySigned4U.com. Gerry McNamara made his mark on college basketball during his years as a guard for Syracuse University. Drafted by Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim, McNamara was known for both his consistently stellar play and a knack for sinking clutch shots. During his freshman season in 2002-2003 he helped the Orange secure their first-ever National Championship, and in 2006 he led the Orange to victory in the Big East Tournament with a performance that earned him MVP honors. Though injuries took their toll, McNamara remains one of Syracuse Universitys most beloved sports heroes and is currently playing professional basketball in Greece. Gerry McNamara has hand signed this 8x10 photograph of him in action during his days with the Syracuse Orange, as he cuts down a piece of the net after the Orange defeated the Oklahoma Sooners 63-47 during the East Regionals of the NCAA Championship on March 30, 2003, at the Pepsi Arena in Albany, New York.
